Windows 10: My function keys won't turn back from multimedia, how do I fix this?

My F1-12 keys are no longer controlling their intended functions volume, brightness, etc- the F1 mute key now opens a microsoft help page, the F3 increase volume searches the page, the F5 increase brightness now reloads. I'm not sure what the rest do now I don't want to find out.If I hold Fn and click the key it works as normal, but I'd really like to be able to use them freely as I am going insane and at risk of throwing something.I've tried holding Fn and esc but no matter which setting it's on a little thing pops up that says "normal Fn key" or "locked Fn key" it still doesn't go back

To turn on/off function key, it can be different from model to model, brand to brand, because it is not a Windows feature. It is a device feature. What is the brand of your computer? Normally you can find it in BIOS too. It can be called multimedia key, or functon key.
