Windows 10: "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED" Windows 10 PC does this after trying to boot from a usb

i got a old system from my friend, and i decided to get good old windows 10 on it. i got the installation media, and installed it on a usb. i plugged it in to boot it, and when i try and boot it, all it does is just give me the blue screen with the sad face, and says: "KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED"i don't know how to do fix this, can someone please help?

Trying to Install Windows 10 - Kmode Exception Not Handled

I just downloaded Windows 10 install onto a USB and am trying to install it. However when I launch from the USB all that it says is Kmode Exception Not Handled. What can I do to fix this issue?

As of a few hours ago I started up my pc and it won’t boot into windows, I can go into the motherboard bios but not into windows. As soon as it tries to boot into windows I get a kmode exception not handled, then it tries to restart and I get a black screen. I have tried fixing it through YouTube methods, but my pc can’t even go into the windows Recovery Menu settings just goes straight to the blue screen kmode exception not handled. Any help is appreciated
