Windows 10: code 43 problem on Nvidia graphics card- Dell Precision 3551- Win 11

Hello, for several days the error code 43 has been displayed in my device manager next to Nvidia Quadro P620 graphic card. I tried to uninstall it, update the drivers and even reset my computer and nothing worked... However, when I analyze the components, no problem appears with the graphics card. By the way, yesterday, after a series of manipulations too many for me to remember in detail! the card started to work again. but when I turned my computer back on this morning the error had reappeared... if one of you have the solution, it would be really cool... thank you in advance...

Windows 10 / Nvidia 1030 - Code 43

After a Windows (Win 10 Home) update yesterday afternoon my son's PC reported the problem shown in the image below.




The result of this means he cannot play the very popular "Fortnite" game which reports this error.





Assuming the problem is caused by either the Windows Update or a driver update have done the following;

• Re-installed the latest Nvidia Driver. This didn't fix the problem.
• Installed the previous set of Nvida Drivers. This didn't fix the problem.
• Via the Control Panel / Device Manager I disabled and enabled the device. This didn't fix the problem.
• Via the Control Panel / Device Manager I used the "update driver" feature. This didn't fix the problem.
• I did a system restore to the day before. This did not complete with Windows reporting the Anti Virus software may have prevented the process. Default Windows Defender is the AV.
• I disabled the AV and tried system restore again. This didn't fix the problem.

In all other areas the system is functioning fine although my son said he had low FPS on Rainbow Six Siege which he tried to play when Fortnite wouldn't launch.

The PC is just over a week old so I am doubtful of any hardware issues with no other symptoms or errors showing.

So...any ideas or suggestions for next steps please?

Restarting a computer can resolve common Windows errors, including graphics device error code 43, and can also fix glitches with the computer.

Step 1: Close all your programs and save any open files.

Step 2: Open the Start menu and select the Power button or hold the Power button for at least 30 seconds and then wait for approximately 10 minutes to turn on it back

Step 3: Turn on your computer and check if the error code 43 is gone.

Update Your Drivers

Step 1: Open Device Manager. To the device manager press Win + R then type devmgmt.msc

Step 2: Right-click on your graphics device and select Update driver from the menu.

Step 3: Select Search automatically for updated driver software and follow the on-screen instructions to install the driver.

Step 4: Restart your computer and check if the error code 43 is resolved.
