Windows 10: I'm not getting my verification code to sign into the Microsoft store

Hello I can't seem to figure out why I am not getting my verification code to sign in to the store but I can sign in on everything else, we'll I can sign into it on a web browser but not the app itself and I've checked my spam and trash it wasn't there, it also isn't letting me do any other sign in options, when I click to use other sign in options nothing appears there and I have to go back.
