Windows 10: Intel ARC & Iris Graphics Driver Updates Problem

I am having a problem with the Intel ARC & Iris Graphics Driver and need to know who to contact at Intel or Microsoft to correct this problem. I have already sent this email through Intel Community Forum for an answer as well. I am notified by Intel that there is a new updated driver I.e. Display 32.0.101.6737 to be updated to my computer. After I download this new Intel driver, Microsoft Update keeps sending me driver Display 32.0.202.6464 an older version to download. I cannot control this download as Microsoft sends this through the Updater system and the system will not allow me

Graphics sometimes does not work on Intel Arc a770

Make sure you have the latest driver for your Intel Arc A770 graphics card. You can download it from here or use the Intel® Driver & Support Assistant to automatically update your drivers. (According to Intel, it is better to download the version of WHQL for more stable use)

Known Issues with Intel® Arc™ Control

Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - WHQL - Windows*

Check if your system supports DirectX 12 Ultimate, which is required for some games and features. You can use the DxCapsViewer tool to see the supported DirectX feature levels and optional features of your GPU. If your system does not support DirectX 12 Ultimate, you may need to lower the graphics settings or disable some features in the games.

Disable Resizable BAR in your BIOS if it is enabled. Resizable BAR is a feature that allows the CPU to access the GPU memory more efficiently, but it may cause compatibility issues with some games or applications. You can refer to your motherboard manual or contact your system manufacturer for instructions on how to disable Resizable BAR in your BIOS.

Try using a DDU of Intel and reinstall the driver of Arc A770, This is a tool that completely uninstalls the graphics card and helps to help clear the installation error messages, before executing it, make sure that you have downloaded the corresponding offline installer for the graphics card.

try this, it works for many people:

1.- Download from this site the beta zip file (win64_154012.zip), and not the exe file:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/do...a-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-1-10-15-40-

(for 32-bit download win32_154012.zip).

2.- Unzip the driver to C:\Windows\Temp folder.

3.- Right click on Start and choose Device Manager, Display adapters,
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family.

4.- Double click to open it (or right click and choose Properties).

5.- Click on the Driver tab and then on Update Driver.

6.- On the new tab click on Browse my computer for driver software.

7.- On the new tab click on Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer.

8.- On the new tab click on Have Disk.

9.- Click on Browse and then choose Windows\Temp\win64_154012\Graphics\igdlh64.inf
(igdlh32.inf for 32-bit) and click on Open and then
OK.

10..- On the new tab where Intel (R) HD Graphics Family is showing click on
Next and let the driver to install.

11.- The new Driver Version is 20.19.15.4326 and is digitally signed.

Be aware to follow step by step all the procedure and do not try to use the wizard to update the driver directly, in many cases it won’t work.
