Windows 10: Stuck in bitlocker, unaware of which Microsoft account and can't reset PC.

Hey! I'm Kingsley and I was trying to log into a laptop I haven't used in a while. While doing so, I was unsure of the pin and set a power-on-password. When that didn't work, I tried a administrator password. Then I figured out the pin and wanted to get rid of the power-on-password and the administrator password. So I clicked the bottom option in that bios tab called reset security options, and when I did it took me to bitlocker. I don't know what Microsoft account I used and have checked a few but no recovery key has worked. I tried to reset the PC both full wipe and keep files and it gives

@rinconmike For future reference, instead of using the TASK MANAGER to restart, you can simply hold CTRL + SHIFT and right click on blank space on the Task bar, to bring up 'Exit Explorer'. Another option is to use software.

Bitlock recovery to reset password

Hi,

1. On the sign-in screen, click on "I forgot my password" or "Reset password."

7. In the Command Prompt, type the following command to reset the password for the local user account: net user [username] [newpassword], where [username] is the name of the locked account and [newpassword] is the new password you want to use.
   
8. Restart your PC and sign in with the new password.

Bitlocker key can not be found in the microsoft account

After a regular update of Windows my Notebook asked me for the Bitlocker Key although I never activated this. The device is listed in my account but in the list of keys it's not.

Simply doing a reset is definitely not an option, the data is needed.

Every single suggestion for how to find the key is absolutely useless so far.
