Windows 10: I can't get my webcam to work with Zoom

Hello. I set up a new Lenovo laptop and just started doing Zoom Workplace calls. I can see the host, but when I try to turn on my camera, it doesn't work. In Bluetooth & Devices, when I choose my webcam, I can see myself, so I know that the camera is working. I confirmed that I have the latest camera drivers.In Settings>Privacy and Security, Camera Access and Let Apps Access Your Camera are set to On. However, whereas Zoom Workplace is listed for Let Desktop Apps Access Your Microphone, that is not the case for Let Desktop Apps Access Your Camera.I would greatly appreciate any suggestio

Logitech Brio webcam microphone not working in Zoom on Windows 10.

Right-click on little speaker in right side of taskbar Select Open Sound settings

Test microphone or troubleshoot sound problems

Another option is to right-click on little speaker in right side of taskbar Select Sounds

Select Recording tab Select and test microphone

You can also Configure microphone



Click on Properties

Check Levels for microphone

With the Sound dialog open as above double-click on microphone in taskbar You can check or select which applications have access to the microphone

 

Logitech Brio webcam microphone not working in Zoom on Windows 10.

My mic works now across all apps. Video isn't working in Skype anymore. When I turn on my webcam, I don't see video in Skype.

 

Integrated laptop webcam works with Zoom but not Google Meet

I have a Lenovo Flex 5 1870.

Both Zoom and Google Meet used to work with this laptop.

Recently, Zoom stopped working and I was in a rush and so I followed various troubleshooting steps. That asked for uninstalling my camera in Device Manager and re-scanning for hardware changes.

Previously my webcam used to show up in Device Manager under Imaging Devices and it was some kind of generic USB camera.

Now it shows up as EasyCamera under Cameras in Device Manager. I think the hardware is from RealTek.

Zoom works fine now.

The Windows "Camera" app works as well.

However, Google Meet says "No camera found" and the dialog box to select a camera is disabled.

Any suggestions on how I can reinstall a generic camera driver under Imaging Devices in addition to the already installed EasyCamera?
