Windows 10: My old phone broke and I don't have access to the authenticator app. How to proceed?

I cant login to instagram without a code from the authenticator app but my old phone broke so now I don't have access to the app. I tried to login on my new phone but I still need a backup code which I also don't have. How to proceed?

Authenticator App after phone broke

Hi Everyone,

two days ago my phone stopped working out of the blue.

My Phone was the only device I had the microsoft authenticator app installed on. Now I wanted to download the app on my new phone, but to verify the app on my new phone I need to access my authenticator app on the old phone. Obviously I cant do that. I have no other 2 Factor authentification enabled. How do I gain access to my account again?
