Windows 10: Blue screen repeatedly

The blue screen keeps on appearing on my device and it shows different errors everytime. The most recent one I encountered was 'System thread exception not handled. Another one is IRQL error. Please can anyone suggest a solution. Thins has been happening for a while now and I'm worried about my data.
