    so i have a gaming laptop on windows 10 that has been problematic for about 2 years now. specs for reference;IntelR CoreTM i7-8750H CPU @ 2.20GHz 2.21 GHz16GB RAMLenovo Legion Y530-15ICH64 bit op system x64 based processor. this issue started nearly immediately after downloading vanguard for Valorant. not sure if theres any relation but i do feel like there is. My main issue right now is my graphics. This specific laptop did come with Nvidia driver for graphics but upon a full system reset it has since disappeared. in my device manager im having SEVERAL errors. Display Adapter- Microsoft b

    In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
    Are you able to follow them?
    In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.

    Hi,

    As a solution, we suggest that you perform Check Disk (chkdsk).

    Here's how:

    • Go to Advanced options and select Command
      Prompt.
    • On the prompt, type chkdsk /r and then hit Enter.
    • After the check disk has completed, boot the PC normally and check if the issue still persists.

    If the issue persists, we suggest that you run the System File Checker (SFC) tool.

    See steps below:

    • Press Windows + X and select Command Prompt (Admin).
    • On the prompt, type SFC /scannow and then hit Enter. This will recover any corrupted system files on your PC.

    It seems that some system files are corrupted. We suggest performing SFC scan to repair corrupted system files. Just follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + X.
    • Click Command Prompt(Admin).
    • On the Command Prompt, type sfc/scannow and press Enter.

    If the issue persists, we suggest performing a clean boot
    on your device.
