    Hi, I need help, I'm desperate because I can't find a solution anywhere... Client server runtime process is loading my GPU at 30%-40%-50% and my fans are spinning at 100% This happens when: -watching YOUTUBE videos or TWITCH -fast scrolling -fast mouse movements I have a newly built PC for about half a year and it hasn't done anything to me... Windows update and NVIDIA driver are up to date.

    I installed windows on my pc recently and i got background Processes Like Client Server Runtime and Desktop Window Manager Started Using Around 5 - 10% Of My GPU ( 3D ) and When Scrolling It Goes Over To 40 - 50 % Usage

    and same issue when I'm watching YouTube or scrolling posts on Facebook, is this normal or not and if it's normal can you help me

    I am hearing this issue first time . after reading your issues , I checked in my windows , that client server runtime process not there , even my gpu usage is 1%.

    Try to disable that process (called service ) is registry
