Windows 10: My screen is stuck on choose an operating system

Please help anyone as soon as possible, my Thinkpad laptop is stuck on crossing an operating system and when I pick one it still goes back, when i try to troubleshoot, it says that I pick an account but there isn't any. Please help me fix it, It would be really helpful, Thanks

I am stucked at choose an operating system? Like when I m choosing a operating system going back to choose an operating system page. Tried everything system repair (failed). System reset (stucked at reseting). Please help me asap what I can do to fix it. Thanks

 

Stuck on choose operating system [windows 10 on volume 3]

Hi,

I reset my pc to give it to my younger sister. It is stuck at reinstalling windows. It is stuck at choose operating system where it shows 2 options under choose operating system.

Both the options bring the laptop back to the same screen. How to fix this?

Thanks, Malok, I think I see where the problem lies. The OS listed on the Boot tab is just "Windows 10"

But the top OS on the Selection Screen at Bootup is listed as "Windows 10 from volume 3"

I'm not sure, but I believe that whichever option I chose at the previous bootup, moves to the top position on a subsequent boot up. So I'll try switching to the bottom option and see what happens.
