Windows 10: Unlinking and relinking One Drive starts everything downloading to my laptop I can't stop...

I had to unlink and relink my laptop to OneDrive to resolve an issue where it was stuck in processing changes. But now, it's trying to download nearly 2TB of stuff online to my laptop that has 55gb available. You can't choose what folders as it says "Some of the items you tried to stop syncing aren't in OneDrive yet, Please wait for them to finish uploading and fix any sync problems and then try making changes again later". So a I can't stop things but B they are already on OneDrive just not on my laptop so why is it saying they are uploading.This is literally the most stupid situation ever

Unlink an old android phone from my pc

I go thru the suggested steps: Start - Settings - Phone - Unlink this PC.

When I first open the "your phone" screen the old phone is listed. Not sure if the phone listed is suppose to be selectable or not, but my is not. When I select "Unlink this PC" the phone listed is removed. When I select "Add Phone" the old phone still
shows. I have removed the old phone from my Microsoft Account. I have rebooted after unlink this pc but I still cannot remove my old phone.

 

One-Drive

I had the same problem last week and unlinking (and relinking) my account fixed it. One of the suggestions in the link MrGeek posted in #12 above.
