Windows 10: Why am I not receiving a verification code when trying to sign in to my laptop forgot my pin?

forgot my 4 digit pin to login to my laptop. So I tried many combinations I could think of. Got locked for two hours. I also tried signing in via ''I forgot my pin'' but not getting any code in the mail or text. Troubleshoot code is : def2d71db21000035659f4de10b2db01

I'm not receiving any verification emails

I am experiencing issues on my Lenovo laptop - there is some form of glitch where it won't accept my finger print and asks for a PIN. It won't accept the PIN I thought it was. I try the "forgot my PIN" option, and it prompts me to enter my info so it can email me a verification code. I do not receive this code no matter how many times I try.

I have also tried to add a phone number to my account or update my security settings so I may have an alternate way to receive this code- when I do this it tries to send me an email with a verification code - I don't receive this code.

I have also tried to use a work around where I bypass the fingerprint/PIN sign in page, but BitLocker needs me to enter in the key and I cannot receive this key because ONCE AGAIN, I am prompted to enter in my details to receive a verification email I NEVER receive.

I am running out of things to try and it is very frustrating that Microsoft doesn't provide phone tech support anymore. Searching the forums has not helped, is there anything I can do to receive this stupid code so that I can use my laptop? I am a student and I rely on it.

Cant receive verification code

I have ady done everything i could do and still cant receive the verification code, everything is correct including the email and the phone number. I can receive the verification code earlier(last received was on end of May) but suddenly cant receive the verification code anymore (about this month July).
I also kenot change my window hello pin as well (showing smth went wrong everytime), this issue happened since I bought my laptop (about 1 year) so every time I want to change my password back after the required pass changing by microsoft regulation (like the system wants me to change my pass after some time), I have to use the forgot pass option to change my pass. I also tried every possible solution from the internet or youtube to solve it, still cant change the pass.
