Windows 10: Windows 11 24H2 automatic repai bootloop

I keep on trying to boot into windows 11 but it keeps booting into automatic repair with startup repair doing nothing, uninstall updates doing nothing system restore doing nothing sys restore date from a day prior to the bootloops. I tried most of the dism cmds and sfc did nothing too while I know the drives are perfectly fine and the bios was just reinstalled. I also tried to reinstall windows but it won't work, even with a USB, I.e. it keeps on reverting the reinstall to the previous one. The throbber post bios is also suddenly slowing down then stopping causing the computer to reboot too.

There are no currently listed problems resetting version 24H2 of Windows 11 and no specific steps you need to perform, are you experiencing any problems with that insider build that is causing you to perform a Windows reset?

Windows 11 24H2 is now shipping on new Copilot+PCs. However, Microsoft has not announced when it will be released for other Windows 11 users. By all accounts, it will be a significant update.
