Windows 10: My new Lenovo computer does not allow me to configure my Microsoft account

I ordered a new Lenovo laptop with Windows 11 Pro pre-installed, I did all the setup but when I try to use a Microsoft account instead of a Local account, I get an error message. When I try to open the Microsoft Tech Support URL: https://aka.ms/pwr site in this computer it does not even load the page. I am sending this message from a different computer.I cannot have access to my Outlook email, I cannot have access to my OneDrive...this is very frustrating. The Lenovo team says that only Microsoft can fix this issue and it is not physically possible to speak to a human in Microsoft Custo

The installation was apparently corrupt. I would recommend you factory reset it, then set it again, but this time use a local account.

You can connect to a Microsoft Account after setup.

Change Microsoft Account Details in Administrator Account

It's quite easy in fact, simply switch the account in question first to a local account, then switch back to a Microsoft account, this time using your wife's MS account credentials.

Notice that before doing this you need to remove the new additional MS account on the PC, the one you created with her credentials. Windows allows only one user account for each email address, if the new account exists you cannot switch the original administrator account to an MS account using the same email address. • Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.
