Windows 10: My computer freezes everytime I open something in fullscreen

I built a new computer 2 days ago and kept the same SSD but ever since I have been trying to fix the same problem, every time I open any program in fullscreen window or fullscreen Windows Explorer crashes, and trying to restart Windows Explorer using task manager doesn't do anything forcing me to restart my computer. I have tried everything I could find to fix this from using DDU to clean reinstall graphics drivers, reinstalling windows, editing TdrDelays, disabling fullscreen optimizations, checking for corrupted files using cmd prompt, and so many other things. Still, nothing has fixed it
