Windows 10: Factory resetting my windows 10 computer is being interrupted.

Hi, I recently forgot the password to my computer, and found no ways to reset it in the login screen, so I decided to factory reset my computer. The first time I did it, it created a profile called OEM with no profile picture which I again, don't know the password too. I've tried to reset the computer again, but it either says "Undoing changes" around 40% of the way through, or a window appears saying that it needs to bypass the TPM or something like that. I pressed the accept button, but all that did was restart my computer, and bring me back to the login screen.Please help.

Help with Hardware Interrupts

To use Krview, ignore any driver that is part of Windows or that is for the CPU idle thread.
inteppm is for the CPU idle thread, ignore it.
hal and ntkrnlpa are part of Windows, ignore them.
ati2mtag is the first one on the list that is elevated and relevant.
Find out what hardware interrupt it uses and then any device that shares this interrupt could be the problem. It might not be ati2mtag.
If its the video driver, can you use another card?
Putting the computer to sleep might reset things.

Reset to factory settings

No I love Windows 10.....but my computer was acting strange so I thought I would do a factory reset and put Windows 10 back onto my computer.

If I do create a bootable Windows 10 would I lose the recover drive information that comes with the computer?

Could you give me the steps to create a bootable of Windows 10.....I asked HP if there was anyway I could get Windows 10 put on it while they had it and they said no.
