  1. HDR Keyboard Shortcut

I just got my laptop back from repairs and pretty much everything is reset. I'm trying my hardest to get my laptop back to its original state, but I noticed a problem with Photoshop. It won't let me use it properly if HDR is on and I don't know why. If I can't figure out the issue to that problem, I at least want to know why the keyboard shortcut that I've discovered on Google of Win + Alt + B to toggle HDR on and off quickly doesn't work for me. It seems to be a common issue that Gamebar has to be installed, but it is installed for me. Is there a way I can get this keyboard shortcut working?

    :)
