Windows 10: The computer was rebooted after a critical error

Good day. For the last six months I have been struggling with the following problem. Periodically, at random times, the computer reboots. It does not matter whether I am in a powerful or simple game, and sometimes in the browser. Shutdowns are absolutely random and do not depend on the load Dota 2, world of warships, king of amalur, chrome, kingdom rush etc.. Sometimes a crash once a day, and sometimes once a week. This started after replacing thermal pads on the RTX 3080 aorus master rev 3.0 in service. I have several minidumps. I do not know how to read them, but I suspect that the problem

Windows 10 start menu critical error issue

Tried steps 1 to 7 as suggested. And no change.

Could not pursue the follow on suggestion because the critical error has disabled the start menu non of the subsequent applications started including the access to the internet.

This just keeps getting better.

(Oh. I am using a different computer to trouble shoot this error.)
