Windows 10: User BSOD "system_Service_exception" when printing outlook tasks on windows 11

I have a user that bluescreens when printing certain outlook tasks with alot of attachments in Windows 11. So far I've tried removing and re adding the printer driver for the printer that they attempt to print to using MMC. The strange thing is that it doesnt occur on their home printer. below is the dump file output. Any ideas on next steps besides sfc/scannow and dism, and creating a new outlook profile? BSOD: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Have been receiving a BSOD and I am hoping to get it solved. The error was stated as: SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION. I have completed the steps in the "Driver

Windows 7 BSOD - SYSTEM_SERVICE_EXCEPTION

Some things for thought.

First run a good virus scan.
Next, if you are ocing anything... return to normal and test
Run a chkdsk on you drives.
Try un-installing and cleaning out you video drivers; and reinstalling.
Also, try checking and updating your Direct3D.

How to install outlook express on windows xp with explorer 8?

This is an awkward problem to solve and one I don't think is worth the time and effort.

The OP would be better off either using a modern webmail service like gmail or outlook.com or using a modern email client like Windows Live Mail like FX-GMC suggested or Thunderbird from Mozilla. If nothing else, Outlook Distress was notorious for corrupting its data files and losing all your email in one easy step. Not worth it.
