Windows 10: Chrome based browser stutter when scrolling

When scrolling web pages in Chrome and other Chromium-based browsers on the Predator Helios Neo 16 PHN16-71 laptop, elements such as text and images show vertical distortion or a "warping" effect. This issue causes text lines to appear uneven, creating an unsmooth scrolling experience. To reproduce this steps, you can play youtube videos in hd quality and scroll with touchpad. Scroll release, not hold and scroll. You can see the animation when scrolling is not smooth. Almost all browsers exhibits the same issue. Tested in windows 11 current version 24h2. AUTOSCROLLING with middle mouse

• Go to Start > Settings > System.
• Choose Default apps, then scroll down to
  Web browser.
• Tap or click the browser that’s currently listed as your default, then choose Chrome from the list of apps

Ha, another thing my old ass Opera 12.17.1863 can do that chrome cant.

For those calming Chrome to be better, point to a proper mouse gesture and tab selecting mechanism like opera (hold RMB and scroll and you scroll through a list of your open tabs, with a preview)
