Windows 10: Dell computer PC with Win 11. 3-5 times a week, my computer screen freezes, the mouse stops...

I have Dell computer PC with Win 11. At least 3-5 times a week, my computer screen freezes, the mouse stops moving and no keyboard commands work. Is this a software or hardware issue? Who do I ask to resolve this problem? I have googles the question and see answers that don't "work" for me. According to the settings info, all my drivers and updates are current. I have seen on suggestion that the power source could be failing. Any other suggestions anyone has to remedy this are welcome. Thanks,Bill

Dell desktop computer running win 11 frozen on logo at startup. Ran hardware and OS diagnostics and no issues. Still freezes at startup. Why?

Was running fine. Left on overnight only to find

solid blue screen and frozen in the morning. Tried to restart multiple times. Disconnected all peripherals. Same problem.

Mouse and keyword stop working at the same time in Windows 11. Once when it happened uninstallation of Antivirus was stopped. I have read many articles on the internet but they have not solved the problem. Some of them are listed below:

I contacted a technician in Microsoft but he cannot solve the problem. I have a feeling that the problem is caused by cyberattacks because they happen usually in the daytime and not in the nighttime. I ran my computer without connecting to the internet and the problem did not happen. Please suggest how can I solve the problem.
