    How to get rid of spellcheck in Paint


    As the title says, I'm getting spellcheck in MS Paint W11, 21H2 I do know I'm running an old version when typing in a text box in an image. So, what can I do, besides updating? lolDear admin/mod: if this has been asked before, please link up to relevant discussion; thanks

    Spellchecking is no longer finding the right word

    Hi there,

    In whatever desktop app I use, Chrome, Firefox, Discord, that uses the system's spellchecker, I never get the right suggestions.

    • I've uninstalled and reinstalled my english languages packs,
    • i've turned off and turned on spellchecking

    It was not always like this, it uses to work well a while ago.

    I've been busy the last couple of weeks to dive into this, but I'm still wondering what the issue is.

    I'll try to add a screenshot to illustrate my issue:

    I suggest you to follow the steps provided below to disable the spellchecker.

    • Press Windows logo key + I key.
    • Click on devices.
    • Go to Typing tab.
    • Turn off, Highlight misspelled words.

    Hi,

    I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

    • Right click on the picture.
    • Click on open with.
    • Select paint.
    • You will be able to see the picture in paint.
