Windows 10: Strange mouse behavior with no new peripherals or ancillary software or apps.

With no changes to hardware or software, my mouse has a new behavior when playing full-screen games. After varying intervals and/or mouse clicks, the applications in question almost all my AA games will hard crash all the way to the desktop with no game or Steam warning, and the left button only opens the context menu. It will not revert to left-click behavior until I deliberately right-click the mouse, at which point it will behave normally. I tried updating, disbling, and uninstalling the HID-Complaint drivers - no change. I use Logitch Wireless mouses, but even buying an entirely diff

Strange behavior: Mouse is off, apps won't open, clicking disabled

Hi, my laptop HP just started to behave strange: mouse is off by 100 pixels, most apps wont start, the ones that start (System ones) are stuck in loading. This has never happened before, just all of a sudden. I cannot run any system apps to check for malware. Nothing suspicious in Startup. Same behavior in Safe mode. After it just won't click any window, just the desktop ChkDisk didnt find any problems. Of course I cannot restore from a system point or Repair My PC (I don't know why is these options exist even there, never helped). The problem persists regardless of USB mouse or touchpad. Registry strange behavior in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\...

I tried to clear all contents of
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts
then set security permission to logger user name () to be clear from:

• create key
• set value

and let it inherently apply to all keys under it

But it responds with icons flickering / blinking very often
so I undo the security setting.. but while keeping on registry browsing under this key I came across:

1. The jpg filetype key and userchoice key were created
2. On userchoice key the logging user () ACL was created, and
3. It's set to DENY on SET VALUE !

Is it windows 10 behavior or an intruder's been screwing up ?

Erratic mouse behaviors may be a caused by a corrupted software or a defective device. Hence, we would like to know more:

• Have you done any changes on your computer?
• Are we working on a wired or a wireless device?
• If it is a wired device, have you tried a different USB port?
• Have you used a different mouse and check if the issue persist?
• What is the make and model of your computer?
