Windows 10: Why does my log in page says I need internet to log in?

Hello, I have been trying to log in into my Xbox app on my pc and it keeps saying that I don't have internet when I do. I just don't know what to do anymore.

• When you say, "generic circle above my log-in name" what exactly are you referring to?

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• Click on Start.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Account.
• Under Accounts, select the option "Your account".
• Under Your picture, click on
  Browse option and you may select the picture of your choice so that it is display on your account sign-in page.

If the above steps doesn't work, I want you to send us a screenshot of the issue so that we can assist you accordingly.

Struggling to log on

Hello all,

I have a friend who registered here a couple of weeks ago (Jacko28), but he's struggling to log on. He logs on, but once trying to create a post - it logs him out.

He's deleted cookies, tried a diffrent browers, and other various things.

Can anyone suggest anything?
