Windows 10: Hey I really need help right now

My recovery email address and the authenticator app has been changed. I don't have access to my Email. It has everything regarding my college journey it was my primary for applying to college. It is also my Minecraft account. I submitted those forms three times so far no response. I really hope I can talk to someone about this. I used the same password everywhere on multiple websites that led someone to get access to it. Every time I call Microsoft number there's a computer speaking leading me to submit the form. Where I get no response. Some please help me.

I suggest you to check if the following steps helps to resolve the issue.

• Right click on the Windows key and Go to control panel.
• On the upper right corner change the view by to small icon.
• Click on mouse.
• Then click on ‘wheel’ tab.
• Set the values for horizontal and vertical scrolling.

and see if it helps to resolve the issue.
