  1. Secure_Kernel_Error BSOD, Now showing ndis.sys as failure module

I have a relatively fresh install of Windows 11 on new hardware, self assembled. It has been intermittently failing with a Blue Screen of Death and the message saying SECURE_KERNEL_ERROR. The timing does not seem regular, but it often happens when connected to my work's VPN.I have tried :updating windowssfc scan showed no issuesMemory scan showed no issuesNo drivers showing update availableI ran Verifier in the cmd terminal and asked for all drivers to be monitored. The BSOD is still happening intermittently but the error has changed. Now it shows ndis.sys as the problem source.Managed to open

BSOD while using the internet. error (L1C63x64.sys)

    Hi trainman81,

    Welcome to the 10forums.

Daemon tools, Alcohol 120% and Power Archiver Pro uses SCSI Pass Through Direct (SPTD), which is a well known cause for BSOD's.
Please remove Daemon Tools and run the SPTD pass through remover.
    1. Uninstall Daemon Tools
    2. Download the SPTD standalone installer and follow these steps:
      • Double click the executable to open it
      • Click on the button shown below

Secure_Kernel_Error BSOD, Now showing ndis.sys as failure module [IMG]

If the button is grayed out, like in the image, there is no more SPTD installation on your system, and you can close the window

AVG is trying to request data from the internet, which is why the network driver is marked as the cause.

It is further recommended to check your Qualcomm network driver for updates, its driver is not supported for Windows 10.

  3. QCAMAIN1.SYS CAUSING BSOD

This was probably caused by the following module:
    qcamain1.sys (Qcamain10x64+0x108678)

    Bugcheck code: 0x1D3 (0x333, 0x0, 0x0, 0x0)

    Error: CUSTOM_ERROR

A third party driver was identified as the probable root cause of this system error. It is suggested you look for an update for the following driver: qcamain1.sys .

    Google query: qcamain1.sys CUSTOM_ERROR

Using WhoCrashed I found this thread: Redirecting however without
    solution, locked.

I did get BSOD almost everytime I moved the laptop.

    This worked for me:

unscrew wifi module, push a little into the socket. Screw in. DONE

  4. Secure_Kernel_Error BSOD, Now showing ndis.sys as failure module

    SECURE_KERNEL_ERROR after installing VirtualBox

I had installed VirtualBox and was running Ubuntu on it. As soon as I closed the virtual machine, I was hit with the BSOD with stop code: SECURE_KERNEL_ERROR.

I was tweaking the RAM and core usage on it for a few hours. In the end when I had assigned it 4 cores (out of 12) and 3.5 gb of ram (out of 8gb), in the Task Manager it was showing around 40% CPU usage (which was occasionally spiking to 100%) and 97% RAM usage. I had also enabled 3d acceleration and installed guest additions. Before finally closing the VM, I had installed gnome software.

The BSOD is showing now for about an hour with 0% complete. What should I do?
