Windows 10: IntelR Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz refuses to work

After starting up my laptop I get error code 10 and after I try to update/rollback/etc the driver I get error code 43 . I tried everything in this thread about the same issue but none of it worked. I also tried several in-built diagnostic tools. I have windows 11 on a lenovo yoga about 2 years old if that matters and obviously don’t have any access to the internet from the laptop. I also don’t have ethernet or a wifi dongle. The issue started ~16hrs ago randomly and nothing has even momentarily worked. Is it even possible to fix it myself at this point?

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz controller doesn't work

Hi, my controller Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz is not working since 2 weeks, probably 'cause the some update, It's Windows 10 and I cannot connect to internet by Wi-Fi, just by Ethernet.

The system model is Nitto AN515-55 and manufacturer is Acer.

I've tried everything, I'd really apreciate some Microsoft technician could help me. Thank you.

 

Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160 MHz showing code 10

There were several repetitive errors in the Event Logs concerning the adapter such as:

NDIS - Miniport Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz, {86d0abcb-964d-48ec-b0f3-b794d8c693ca}, had event Fatal error: The miniport has detected an internal error

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Has determined that the network adapter is not functioning properly.

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : The network adapter has returned an invalid value to the driver.

Netwtw10 - Intel(R) Wi-Fi 6 AX201 160MHz : Has encountered an internal error and has failed.

It does look like a hardware issue but some of the errors point to a driver issue.

Can you try the following:

Shut down the laptop and unplug it and take out the battery. Then hold down the power button for 60 seconds.

Plug back in and start the laptop.

That may reset the wireless.

I just had a strange thing happen to my Lenovo Legion 5 laptop and now it won't show any wifi connections in the wifi panel. I found someone with a similar problem, but nothing there seemed to help with fixing this issue. Here is the other thread.

I am not certain if my wifi card just stopped working or if it is a software issue.
Open to any suggestions. So far I have tried:

- Resetting the wifi settings

- Cold rebooting

- Updating to the newest Intel Drivers
