  1. Accidentally Deleted Microsoft/Crypto Folder Contents, Without Realizing It Was Important

So, while trying to clean out some files, I accidentally deleted the contents of the Microsoft Crypto file in AppData, thinking it was a crypto miner or something that'd slipped onto my computer in another folder rather than critical system infrastructure that keeps my data encrypted. I used System Restore once I realized my mistake, but that didn't fix it, so I opened properties and directly restored the Crypto folder to a previous version. My question is thus: does this method fail to bring back any files I deleted and forgot about? And if so, how do I recover these in a timely manner?

    :)

    Accidentally Deleted Some Folders

Yesterday I was cleaning my PC and I accidentally deleted two folders (named "NVIDIA" and "NVIDIA Corporation") in C:\ProgramData. To my knowledge this two folders only contain non important stuff like logs, etc. Later on I have found out my Program Settings in NV Control panel were set to default. This is no big deal, but now I'm worrying I fu***d something up. Otherwise, everything works as it should --> no overheating, BSODs, games are working normally...

I just want to know what I deleted. Were those two folders important???

    Accidentally Deleted Some Folders

While Im not sure of how important they are, I think System restore would put them back and I see they are pretty darn big too 6.5mb and 2.5 GB on my just freshly imaged laptop .

I accidently deleted the crypto folder without knowing it was an important file! How can I recover it?

So I deleted the crypto folder in LocalLow in the microsoft folder thinking it was a crypto virus. It was only after I deleted it that I found out it was an important file.

How can I recover this file?
