Windows 10: Microphone problems in Telegram desktop app

I'm getting desperate. It worked without problems for weeks and suddenly it stopped working.I've changed all sorts of settings, all to no avail.I use a Jabra Pro 930.I reinstalled Telegram and disabled all other microphones.I removed the priority for apps in exclusive mode in the advanced sound settings.I tried setting the

The Telegram app came from the Microsoft Store which I entered through your www.microsoft.com and downloaded through the Microsoft store.

Here are three options which were provided to take.

1. Open Telegram on your phone
   
2. Go to settings, Devices, Link Desktop
   
3. Scan this image to Login

Microphone not working on desktop apps

I have a lenovo ideapad330-15lkb (81DE) running windows 10 enterprise x64 and am having problems with the microphone on desktop applications.

My problem is mostly with discord, telegram, and microsoft edge which are the applications I usually need my microphone for. When trying to use the laptop's built-in microphone there is no response from the apps but when I check the privacy settings nothing's disabled so the problem isn't with that. also when I open the sound part of settings the microphone gauge fills up as I talk so the microphone isn't disabled. I've also tried re-installing windows but that did not solve my problem. I am open to any and all suggestions and will even do things I've done before just to grasp at a tiny hope of having my microphone connectivity back.

 

Telegram app crashes

dictum9 raised an issue with Telegram crashing in Windows 10 . I followed dictum9's entire thread and it seems that the problem was not resolved. I think I have the same problem. I am running Windows 10 version 1809. In my case I open up the Telegram app
and am unable to click on anything on the screen. Instead I end up activating whatever is open in another window behind the Telegram window. It's like the system doesn't see or react to the open Telegram window. If Ijust close the app and restart it off
my Task bar it does not solve the problem. I need to kill the process in Task Manger and re-open Telegram by clicking on the Taskbar icon.

Ant suggestions beyond what was offered to dictum9?
