Windows 10: website is not loading

when i search for something in the browser, the website doesn't load. But whenever i click on another tab and then come back to the previous tab, then website loads and this problem happening in all browsers.

Flash websites won't load on Edge

I suggest you to follow the below steps to fix this issue and check if it helps.

• Open Microsoft Edge browser and go to any website.
• Click on more option on the right top corner.
• Click on F12 Developers Tool.
• Then click on emulation tab.
• Under “user agent string” tab select which browser you need and check if the issue persist.

Chrome won't load many websites

All of a sudden, Chorme won't load a lot of websites. I'm using Version 98.0.4758.102 (Official Build) (64-bit). I get this message:

When I try running Windows Network Diagnostics, I get:

I had uBlock Origin as an extension, but I disabled it. I still get the same messages. Any suggestions? Thank you in advance.
