Windows 10: Help! My screen is black with a loading cursor and I keep getting bitlocker recovery

The other day when I turned on my computer i was met with a black screen with a loading cursor, I thought it was just still booting up but after a few hours I was on the same screen. The next day I try solutions and I went to the windows recovery page and tried to revert latest update, but it wouldn’t let me revert the latest feature update. Then even though I didn’t want to I tried to reset my PC, but it came up with an error message and now when I turn it on it gives me a bitlocker recovery but once I enter the code my computer boots up and gives me the same issue with the black screen and l

I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 8 and not 8.1 with black screen and cursor I had no password so it should automatically load into account but it did not plus I tried ctrl key and enter plus all other key combinations but nothing and waited for half an hour. Please help all suggestions are welcomed!

P.S. I can see the cursor and the loading windows logo so no imbecile answers like graphic card driver or monitor driver for god sake

Please follow the suggestions below and check if you are able to boot to your desktop.

• Places to look for your BitLocker key:
  • On a printout you saved. Look in places you keep important papers.
    
  • Saved on a USB flash drive. Plug the USB flash drive into your locked PC and follow the instructions. If you saved the key as a text file on the flash drive, use a different computer to read the text file.
  • In your Microsoft account. To get your recovery key, go to
    BitLocker Recovery Keys.

• Or ask someone for help:
  • Ask someone with administrator privileges on the same PC to unlock it with their key.
  • If your PC is connected to a domain (usually a work or school computer), ask a system administrator for your recovery key

Unable to proceed past BitLocker recovery screen after PC reset

I reset my PC from within Windows and chose to have it erase everything and reinstall Windows 10. BitLocker was previously enabled, but was disabled during this step. Upon booting the computer, there is no Dell screen or anything, it just goes straight to the BitLocker recovery screen. My BitLocker key isn't being recognized. Hitting ESC or F11 just makes the screen go black and then comes back to the BitLocker recovery screen.

I've since tried to load Windows 11 via USB and I can't get the computer to do anything but display the BitLocker recovery screen. Any advice on this issue would be very appreciated.
