    Hello, I have been trying to reinstall windows 11 since I discovered I had 21h2 and the latest one is actually 24h2, not sure why I never got updated but I believe it's been causing my laptop some problems as of late. So I decided to try and install and update it from the official website https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11; the "downloading" in the installer took a while but the actual "Install" process has been taking hours, I wasn't sure if this was normal. I started it last night and it got to 95% after many hours so I decided to leave it overnight and hope that i

    Computer stuck at 99% with latest update

    I attempted to use MS update assistant to update Windows 10 after latest issue made public. Computer was stuck at 99% for seven hours. I read one of your fixes that suggested copying a file, putting it on home screen then restart computer open that file
    etc. I followed the directions, now computer stuck on restart. What do I do now?

    Hello! Suppose that I am installing Windows 10 to its latest version (Windows 10 version 2004), but it still gets stuck at 99%. What must I do with this?
