    Hello, I just bought a Epson EcoTank ET-2850 printer for my home. I've been on the phone with Epson off and on today trying to get the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer to download. I have a Lenovo Laptop with windows 11. They've tried everything and finally told me it has to be a Microsoft setting that needs disabled to allow the solftware from Epson to be downloaded. Please help.

    The driver can be downloaded from Epson's official page for this model:

    The one you specifically need is "Drivers and Utilities Combo Package Installer "

    If it is not about where to download, but you run into issue, please tell me more about it.. what error you received for example. Thanks!
