Windows 10: Terrible audio quality when I am using microphone

Hello, I have problem with audio quality that drops every time when I am using microphone in every audio call and some games, when i desable microphone in windows settings audio quality is good as before call but I cant speak... I have notebook with windows 11 and every driver is updated, microphone, speaker and headphones have disabled audio enhancmend and things like this, I am not using third party audio enhancmens or anything else. If you know how to help pleas notice me, I called with windows support from my country but after hour of calling we didnt figured out anything, I tried watchin

Bluetooth Sound Quality is Terrible

lenovo support forums I've fixed my problem!

• Right click the speaker icon in the system tray by the clock
  
• • Click 'Playback devices'
• Change the default to the 'headphones'

the lenovo support link has screen shots, fyi.

"Some bluetooth devices have
2 modes: Regular listening device and a "handsfree" mode where you can use both the audio and microphone. If you somehow got switched to
handsfree mode, then the audio quality will be much worse since some of the
bluetooth bandwidth will be taken up for the microphone."

 

All headphones have terrible quality

I just bought new headphones for 20 dollars from koss, but my audio quality is still terrible.

I bought some very very cheap headphones and they sounded accordingly, when watching videos with music in background, the music was normal but the voices i couldnt hear, but after i plugged in my new headphones and tried them on a song, i found out it has the same terrible quality.

I checked for outdated drivers using driver easy and updated all sound related drivers, but the issue is still happening.

My old headphones still do work, but 3 others (including the cheap, terrible ones) have all the same terrible audio quality.

Please help, im not sure what could cause this

Also whenever i used to plug in new microphone or headphones, window would pop up saying it is a microphone and i could mix its output and mode

same with headphones, it let me chose whether its over the head headphones or ear phones, but now no headhpones do that
