Windows 10: Touchpad disables itself.

Ok so, a couple days ago, my touchpad stopped working and I couldn't figure out why. I check all the Fn function keys, didn't fix anything. I checked and updated my driver's, didn't change anything. I went into device manager and found out that my touchpad HID-compliant touchpad wasn't showing among the main devices. Checked hidden device and there were two HID-compliant Touchpad options but both were greyed out as if disabled. Selected it to find more info and both said on the general tab that the device is not connected and I need to reconnect the device. I'm on a laptop, I have no idea ho

Disabling Synaptic touchpad in Windows 10, and why it won't stay disabled. For a left handed person, it is disruptive.

• Press Windows Key +X.
• Select Device manager.
• Expand Mice and other pointing devices.
• Right click on Synaptic touchpad driver and select Disable.
• Click OK to confirm and check with the issue.
