Windows 10: BSOD when launching GTA 5 Enhanced

Im not really sure when this started since I rarely played the game so im not sure if its caused by windows update or driver issues. So far all my drivers including gpu drivers are up to date and it seems all my other games runs fine while GTA 5 goes BSOD when booting up the game, it gives the error "PAGE_FAULT_IN _NONPAGED_AREA" I also checked my ram it seems thats not the issue either so the only thing I can think of its probably battle eye causing BSOD? GTA 5 black screen problem

To get better clarity on the issue, kindly answer the questions below:

• Are you experiencing this issue only with GTA 5 or with any other games on Windows 10?
• Has it ever worked before with Windows 10?
• Have you tried running the GTA 5 in compatibility mode?
• How are you trying to access the game? Is it from Windows Store, Xbox app, or desktop application?

GTA IV fail to launch

Last spring Rockstar was letting people upgrade to GTA IV the Complete Edition for free. All you needed was the Product Key from either your copy of GTA IV or EFLC. I did that back then. I don't know if they are still doing that.

However, my old copies of GTA IV and EFLC still work. These games don't interfere with GTA IV the Complete Edition because they save games in different locations.

I did this to install GTA IV:
1. Install game from DVDs and stop at Release Date Check
2. Change computer date year to 2013
3. Continue with Release Date Check
4. When finished return date to current date
5. Run GTA IV Patch 8
6. Copy XLiveLess to Install directory

At this point GTA IV will run. It still requires Disk 1 to be in the DVD drive. I have a fix for that.

I just took screenshots of GTA IV, GTA IV EFLC, and GTA IV TCE to show that I have them all working.
