Windows 10: How do I speak with a REAL Customer Support person for account recovery?

I’ve used the same email for the past decade, and for the last maybe year and a half or so, I’ve been locked out of that account. I am typing this on a new one. I’d like my old Microsoft account back, as it’s a security risk for someone I don’t even know to have access to my email and any passwords associated. However, I can’t. The password was changed, the recovery phone number was changed, any security info like my name or birthday seems to of changed. I’ve submitted probably around 100 support tickets by now trying to regain my account, and every single time they’ve just said my information
