Windows 10: My Laptop won’t unlock when I put the bitlocker code in

My laptop wants the recovery bitlocker which I have found and put in and it still errors and keeps going back to wanting the code which I keep putting in

Bitlocker code? How do I unlock my laptop without it?

I have a laptop that I haven't used on in a long time. I just turned it on and it's asking for a bitlocker code, I don't know the code or even what a BitLocker is. How can I unlock my laptop without having to put the code in?I find it or get past the BitLocker code

BSOD 0xc0000001 Bitlocker code not known


I have a client that has a Microsoft Surface Pro. It has a BSOD error code 0xc0000001. I have tried many ways to repair but I am unable to since Bitlocker has locked the hard drive. The client swears they never activated it and does not know the code to unlock. They did not have a microsoft account so I cant go that route. Any suggestions to unlock hard drive without the bitlocker code?

 

BitLocker key cannot unlock the disk. Neither can i reinstall cause the drive is blocked
