Windows 10: Being charged 1$ bill several times by microsoft store singapore

I have linked my Visa card to my Microsoft account for a long time, and I have already been charged for 1$ bill. However, at that time, I did not get a refund. And a few days ago, after i transferred some money to my Visa card, I noticed another 1$ charge that occurred by Microsoft Store Singapore, and after 2 days, i still have not gotten the refund. Can someone help or explain this for me?
