Windows 10: BSOD DPC Watchdog Violation on repeat

Recently ran into a few BSOD consecutively and would like someone to help me run through the minidump file to see what the issue my be. My guess is my external hard drive but it would be great if I could get it verified!040325-17296-01.dmpThank you!
