Windows 10: Brand new 9950x3d Windows freeze

I just switched from **Intel to AMD** with a brand-new **motherboard, CPU, and RAM**, but I’m experiencing random Windows freezes.Last time, I reinstalled Windows using the **cloud option**, but it had issues. I then tried reinstalling Windows again using a **USB**, and the problem was resolved for **two days**. However, the **Windows freeze has now returned**.Does anyone know what might be causing this issue? Could it be fixed by **RMA the CPU**?# My PC Specs:* **OS:** Windows 11 Pro 24H2* **CPU:** Ryzen 9 9950X3D* **RAM:** Corsair Dominator Titanium 6600MHz 32GB × 2* **Motherboard:** ROG S

Brand new E5 freezes and restarts often

I recieved the E5 not even two days ago, and I cannot tell you how much frustration I've gone through trying to stop it from freezing and restarting. It has happened in the menu, in the contact list, just trying to do random things. Also, it happens on
its own, for example I just noticed it restarting while I'm typing this sentence, and I haven't touched it for five minutes.



It is extremely upsetting for a BRAND new phone to be acting like this, and thus far I am extremely displeased with the Nokia brand. I am not really too tech savvy, but I do know some, so please offer me suggestions and help with how to get this phone running
optimally. Thanks.

Please answer this question to get clarity on this issue:

1. What is the make and model of the Motherboard on the PC?
   
2. When you say "when the first restart happens it freezes" is it during the Windows installation that the computer restarts or when it is booting to the desktop after the installation?
   

Meanwhile, I would suggest you to unplug all external devices and restart the computer. USB devices such as an external hard drive, printers, etc. can sometimes cause Windows 10 to freeze randomly. If you have any USB devices connected to your computer,
you should disconnect them before you turn on your computer.

If you are facing this issue during the Windows installation, then refer to the suggestion from ‘Seth_N_Michel
dated May 6, 2018’ and check if that works for you.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
