    Unable to download Windows 11 from my purchases

    I purchased a windows 11 pro upgrade on June 3rd. I can find it in my account and you charged my credit card. I do not get a prompt to download on login, I'm unable to download from my purchases. How do I get this link ASAP? Oh and your other articles were NOT helpful.

    Is windows 11 pro linked to the Microsoft account it was purchased with?

    I previously purchased windows 11 pro with my old microsoft account and was wondering if I unlinked my computer from the old account and linked it to my new microsoft account would that affect my windows 11 pro in any way?

    I also plan on deleting my old microsoft account.

    Purchased Windows 11 pro, the link gave me windows 11 Enterprise...can't activate.

    I recently purchased a surface laptop with windows 11 home. I needed windows 11 pro so i could add it to a domain. I purchased a copy of pro, and clicked the download link provided. It installed a version of windows 11 Enterprise and now the OS will not activate. The on-line support forms and automated phone support have been of no help. I also have Microsoft Complete coverage on this system. How to I contact a human to work with me on this?
