Windows 10: Windows 10 stuck in BIOS screen and then in "boot and select proper boot device" screen

My windows 10 had a sudden blue screen of death and when it restarted, it was stuck in the BIOS screen, I couldn't leave it and I couldn't alter the boot properties either. About 3 days after that it was stuck in the "boot and select screen" afterwards, and no matter what I imputed I couldn't leave that screen, but when I left that screen via the BIOS one by pressing DEL during the startup screen, the option to change the boot suddenly showed up, with the boot being set in the motherboard rather than the windows operational system, and when I changed that, then the PC started working again, bu

Reboot and Select proper Boot device


Downloaded Windows 10 and started installing it. The install got to around 20% and now I'm stuck on a black screen with "Reboot and Select proper Boot device or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key". I have gone into BIOS and changed boot order around but it doesn't seem to make any difference. Can anyone help?

I believe this is a Windows 10 volume 5 problem
