Windows 10: Impossible to disable Hyper-V on Windows 11 Home; machine unusable as a result.

I've tried a half a dozen different guides to uninstall Hyper-V, and it just seems impossible. Can Microsoft post some accurate and authoritative instructions? The feature sounds fantastic, except that it prevents people from running Windows11 as a guestOS -- resulting is legions of people randomly typing commands into powershell under administrator. Surely this is self defeating from a security point of view. 1. in Control Panel : select Programs and Features.
   
2. Select : Turn Windows features on or off.
   
3. Expand Hyper-V >> expand Hyper-V Platform
   
4. and then, remove the : Hyper-V Hypervisor check box.

Hyper-V, please create a backup of your files for security purposes.

To disable Hyper-V, please follow the steps below:

• On the Cortana search box, type Turn Windows Features on or off and press
  Enter.
• Look for the Hyper-V folder.
• Uncheck the tick-box next to the main Hyper-V folder and click
  OK.
• Restart your PC.
