Windows 10: Disable screen savers on a Windows 11 Pro machine

I created a Group Policy on our Windows Server 2012 to lock workstations after an hour of user inactivity. To do that, I ran "gpmc.msc" and set "Computer Configuration\Policies\Windows Settings\Security Settings\Local Policies\Security Options\Interactive logon: Machine inactivity limit" to 3600 seconds.Workstations with screen saver settings started to lock when the screen saver was triggered which is expected as per the Interactive logon: Machine inactivity limit documentation page, but I cannot find a way to disable the screen saver on one of them.That computer is running Windows 11 Pro B

Let us know what happens exactly when you try to set the screen-saver or put the computer to sleep.

I would suggest you to review he settings and check. Here is the steps:

To change Screen Saver:

• Press Windows/Start key.
• Type Screen Saver and click on Change Screen Saver.
• Select the screensaver from the drop down menu and click on Apply.
• Click on OK.

To put the computer in sleep:

• Press Windows/Start key.
• Type Power and click on Power Options.
• Select Change when the computer sleeps in the left panel.
