Hello, I just built a new PC but things aren't going as smoothly as I hoped. The first day of action, everything was seemingly going well, but after 5 hours or so the first crash happened. After this one crash, the computer kept crashing regularly, sometimes every 5-10 minutes, sometimes at boot, sometimes after a hour or so.The screen freezes, but the PC stays on, all the fans keep working and the leds are on. The motherboard led doesn't do anything after the crash, as if it didn't happen or something. The problem doesn't appear if I boot the PC into the MSI bios at least, for the time I was

    BlueScreen irql_not_less_or_equal & LiveKernelEvent 124

the Bluescreen irql_not_less_or_equal happen sometimes (not often). sometimes my PC just restarts with no warning (no blue screen). today the blue screen happened a few minutes after I turned it on and I only opened the edge browser so I decided to check the problem and if there is a connection between the blue screen and the sudden restarts.

  4. brand new custom PC keeps crashing every 5-10 minutes, LiveKernelEvent 124 and/or Blue Screen

my system keeps on crashing. (blue screen)

    Hello Harrison,

A stop error (also called a "blue screen" error) can occur if a problem causes your PC to shut down or restart unexpectedly. These errors can be caused by both hardware and software issues.

To better assist you with your concern, I'd like to know the following:

    • Confirm which build is currently installed on your device. To check, follow the steps below:
    • Press Windows key + R, then type in winver.
    • Click OK.
    • Were there any recent changes made prior to this issue?
    • What is the make and model of your device?

Meanwhile, we recommend performing the suggested steps in this article to troubleshoot blue screen issues
    on Windows 10.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Regards.
