Windows 10: Windows 11 activation issue - Error 0xC004F213

Hi all, I bought a brand new pre-build desktop from a reputable local computer shop. With a Windows Key sticker at the back to the PC. After a year on, the PC now says I need to active Windows. When I attempt to activate Windows, it says: "Windows reported that no product key was found on your device. Error code: 0xC004F213." I tired to click Change Product Key, it says: "The product key you entered didn't work. Check the product key and try again, or enter a different one. 0x80041023" I looked up 0x80041023, that say I don't have a key. How can I bought a PC for over a year, it is work
