Windows 10: Microsoft Update Catalog Checksums Broken?

I notice there's an issue with verifying the downloads in the Microsoft Update Catalog. I was trying to download and roll back to Edge 131 stable. I chose to go with 131.0.2903.146 ; x64. https://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Search.aspx?q=edge%20stable%20131 When I hit the download button, it offers me checksums to verify my download, but neither match. Realtek audio broken with update, Also microsoft chat is broken

My audio is ruined with this last update, i've done every step and recommended action listed by microsoft and every suggestion on the first 20 pages of google search. Realtek is no longer showing up anywhere, like microsoft disabled it, microsoft chat is
also broken, requesting to speak with a human brings you to a couple options, all of which are broken and clicking on "chat" closes the window and nothing happens, this is absolutely disgusting, i've spent the last 4 hours trying to get my tablet, my audio,
and microsoft support to work.

In the Microsoft Update Catalog you used to be able to enter 2022-11 to get all the Windows updates for the year and month. Now the same search returns over 1000 results, including drivers, etc. Been broken like this for over 3 months. When will this be fixed??
